Interacting with our guests also enriches our lives and helps increase our potential.
From your first contact with us to the end of your stay, our staff will be pleased to hear your every request or suggestion. Casa Alpina springs from the passion of a group of friends for this area and we continue to cultivate a personal relationship and a warm approach with all our visitors.
With its shapes and colours that recall the charm of an old barn, Casa Alpina blends perfectly with the surrounding nature.
You will be cradled in a soft environment just as hay is gently laid in a barn. Enjoy a slice of warm strudel for breakfast, tuck your tired feet into soft sheets after a long walk, watch the snow fall outside the windows while thinking about your next ski trip, or let yourself fall to sleep under a star-filled mountain sky. The lighting, design, and woody scent of our apartments come together to help you relive important emotions that you may have forgotten.
With the renovation of the Pensione Rovereto, designed in the 1950s by the architect Mario Kiniger who called it “Casa Alpina”, this residence hotel was redesigned for the town of Serrada. The new Casa Alpina, designed by Integrate Collective, presents a space where architecture and design come together under the banner of natural elements, with an exterior made of Ytong. A rainwater harvesting system, solar panels, and a study of lighting quality combine visual comfort and energy management.
Nature is simply our home.
Don’t forget to take time to immerse yourself in it every year, far from the stress of our hectic lifestyles. Enjoy the light of the snow, the silence of the peaks, the warmth of the sun, and the sound of your footsteps on forest paths. And if you have your four-legged friend with you, let us know when you book. Small and medium-sized dogs and cats are allowed at Casa Alpina (max 1 per housing unit; puppies under 9 months unfortunately are not accepted). Because the best traveling companions are those who follow us everywhere.
